[브레이크뉴스경기남부=평택 이현준기자] 평택시가 작년 7월부터 추진 중인 초등시설형 긴급돌봄 서비스가 주목받고 있다.

경기도 내 31개 시군 중 21개 시군이 해당 서비스를 운영 중인 가운데, 평택시는 활발히 사업을 전개하며 ‘아이 키우기 좋은 도시’로의 도약을 준비하고 있다.

초등시설형 긴급돌봄 서비스는 긴급 돌봄이 필요한 6~12세 아동을 위해 다함께돌봄센터, 지역아동센터 등 거주지 인근 아동 돌봄 시설에서 평일, 주말, 공휴일 오전 7시부터 밤 12시까지 돌봄을 제공하는 사업이다.
