주택 임대차 신고제는 임대차 정보를 투명하게 공개하고 임차인의 권리를 강화하기 위해 2021년 6월 1일부터 시행됐는데, 새로운 제도 도입에 따른 국민 부담을 감안해 4년간 계도기간을 뒀는데 5월 31일 종료된다.
