[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 오경희기자] 경기도가 5월부터 10월까지 ‘찾아가는 노동인권 교육’을 총 500회 운영한다.

청소년의 노동권 보호와 권리 의식 강화를 위해 도는 지난 2월 도내 고등학교와 청소년 관련 기관을 대상으로 수요조사를 진행해 노동 참여 비중이 높은 특성화고·마이스터고 학생과 학교 밖 청소년을 우선 지원 대상으로 선정했다.

교육은 경기도평생교육진흥원을 통해 선발된 노동인권 강사 167명이 맡는다. 도는 지난 3월 강사 선발 후 온라인 사전교육을 했으며, 현장 교육의 통일성과 실효성을 높이기 위해 지난해와 마찬가지로 표준 교안 3종을 활용해 교육을 진행할 예정이다.

교육 내용은 청소년이 알아야 할 기본적인 아르바이트 상식, 임금체불이나 부당해고 등 피해 상황에 대한 대처법, 실제 사례 소개 등으로 구성된다. 도는 교육의 질을 높이기 위해 7월부터 10월까지 교육 운영 실태에 대한 모니터링과 강사 평가를 병행할 예정이다.
