공시 대상 개별주택은 총 3만 1604호로 2024년 평택시 개별주택가격은 지난해 대비 2.81% 상승했다.

이번에 공시한 개별주택가격 열람은 평택시청 세정과, 송탄출장소 세무과, 안중출장소 세무과, 시 누리집, 부동산공시가격알리미에서 할 수 있다.

개별주택가격에 이의가 있는 주택소유자 및 이해 관계인은 다음 달 5월29일(목)까지 부동산 소재지에 이의신청서를 작성해 제출하거나 부동산공시가격알리미에서 신청하면 된다.

이의신청이 제출된 개별주택은 인근 개별주택과의 균형 등 결정가격의 적정 여부 등을 다시 조사한 뒤 오는 6.26.(목) 재조정·공시할 예정이다.

시 관계자는 “공시가격은 주택시장의 가격정보를 제공하고, 국세와 지방세 등의 과세기준으로 활용되는 중요한 자료로 활용되는 만큼 기간 내 열람 및 이의신청 등에 관심을 가져달라”고 당부했다.
