[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 오경희기자] 경기도교육청이 소속 직원의 업무역량을 높이고자 ‘행정역량 강화 원격연수 과정’을 개발해 운영한다.

현장의 요구를 반영한 양질의 연수 제공으로 행정역량과 업무 전문성을 동시에 강화하기 위한 취지로 도교육청은 지난해 4월부터 행정업무 전문성 신장을 위한 지원 방안을 모색하고, 내용 전문가의 우수 자료 선정을 거치며 원격연수 과정 개발 사업을 추진해 왔다.

도교육청은 10일 원격연수 자료를 경기도교육청교육연수원(원장 심한수) 연수 과정에 정식 개설하고, 전 직원이 수강 가능하도록 안내했다.

원격연수 자료는 모두 네 가지 과정에 26차시로 이뤄졌다. 주요 내용은 ▲신규 급여 업무 담당자를 위한 기초 실무(12차시) ▲교육공무직원 급여 업무 기초부터 실무까지(6차시) ▲경기교육 홍보 기술 높이기(스킬 업)(4차시) ▲알고 보면 쉬운 기록 관리(4차시)로 구성했다.

이번에 개발한 원격연수 자료는 시공간을 초월한 상시학습 지원 형태로 운영한다. 연수자가 스스로 학습하고 익힌 내용을 업무에 바로 적용함으로써 빠르게 역량을 높일 수 있다.

도교육청 소병엽 행정역량정책과장은 “이번 원격연수 자료 개발과 운영으로 업무 담당자의 자기주도적 행정역량 강화와 전문성 향상에 많은 도움이 되기를 바란다”면서 “앞으로도 교육행정 현장에 실질적인 도움이 되는 원격연수 과정을 적극 개발하고 확대 운영할 예정”이라고 말했다.

한편 행정역량 강화 원격연수는 직렬에 관계없이 자유롭게 수강할 수 있으며, 수강인원에 제한이 없어 학습을 원하는 교육수요자는 누구나 참여할 수 있다.
