[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 오경희기자] 경기도교육청이 ‘경기교사로의 초대’ 신규교사 집중 지원 주간을 운영한다.

교육청에 따르면 교직에 입문하는 신규교사의 사명감과 책무성을 고취하고자 실시하는 신규교사를 위한 연수 대상은 2025학년도 유치원·초등교사·중등교사 임용시험 합격자 4,185명이며  먼저 10일에서 12일까지 3일간 유치원·초등교사(특수교사 포함)를 대상으로 서울대 시흥캠퍼스에서 연수를 운영한다.

이어 14일에서 15일까지는 중등교사(특수교사 포함) 대상으로 수원컨벤션센터와 서울대 시흥캠퍼스에서 연수를 운영할 예정이다. 한편 13일에는 경기교사인턴제 운영과 관련해 초등 수석교사 배치교 관리자와 수석교사를 대상으로 워크숍을 개최한다.

연수 주요 내용은 ▲경기도교육감과 함께하는 소통·공감▲선배가 들려주는 교직 생애 설계 ▲디지털 기반 교육혁신 수업 변화와 경기미래교육 설계 ▲교사동아리 축하 공연(치어리딩, 밴드, 무용 등)을 담았다. 특히 14일에는 임태희 교육감이 직접 특강에 참여해 신규교사의 새로운 출발을 응원할 계획이다.

또한 저 경력 공무원을 위한 맞춤형 복지제도와 경기도학교안전공제회 소개, 선배 교사가 알려주는 월별업무안내서 등이 포함된 교직준비꾸러미(웰컴키트)도 배부할 예정이다.

이정현 교육역량정책과장은 “도교육청 연수를 시작으로 연수원-교육지원청-학교까지 신규교사 대상 임용 전 2월 집중연수를 강화해 운영한다”면서 “앞으로도 경기 신규교사의 학교 적응력을 높일 수 있도록 다양한 방안을 강구하고, 필수역량과정 운영을 비롯해 경력 단계별 연수 추진에 적극 노력할 것”이라고 말했다.
