위원회의 배지환 의원이 대표발의한 ‘수원시 통·반 설치 조례 일부개정조례안’, ‘수원시 바르게살기운동조직 지원 조례 일부개정조례안’과 ‘수원시 새마을운동조직 지원 조례 일부개정조례안’ ‘수원시 한국자유총연맹 지원 조례 일부개정조례안’은 부결되었다.

또한 지난 387회 수원시의회 임시회에서 상정되어 보류되었던 박현수 의원이 대표발의한 ‘수원시 이차전지산업 육성 및 지원에 관한 조례안’은 금번에 재상정되어 위원회 심사결과 사업추진 타당성 및 일부조항에 재검토가 요구되어 부결됐다.

그리고 집행부에서 제출한 ‘수원시 시세 감면 조례 일부개정조례안’은 원안대로 가결하였고, ‘대한민국대도시시장협의회 규약 일부개정 보고’ 등 2건에 대한 청취를 마쳤다.

한편 이날 기획경제위원회에서 심사한 안건은 임시회 마지막 날인 19일 제2차 본회의에서 최종 의결될 예정이다.
