[브레이크뉴스경기남부=안성 이현준기자] 안성시 시민활동통합지원단은 2025년도 사업연계를 위한 직원 워크숍을 지난 5일 개최했다.

이번 워크숍에서 지원단은 5개 센터의 개별사업들을 다른 센터에 제안하는 방식으로 정리한 10개분야 12개 사업에 대해 해당 센터들이 논의하는 섹션별 토의를 진행했다.

지원단이 정리한 협업사업은 ▶마을공동체의 사회적경제조직 전환을 위한 현장지원 ▶마을공동체 대상의 사업별 지원 ▶공동체활동가역량강화 교육 등으로 적게는 2개 센터, 많게는 사무국과 5개 센터가 한자리에서 토의를 펼쳤다.

토의 결과 개별 센터의 사업에 참여 가능한 센터도 협업으로 참여하기로 했으며, 이를 바탕으로 세부사업 기획단계부터 센터별 역할분담과 전문적 업무능력 부여 등을 이어나가 시민들에게 편리하고 만족스런 사업으로 승화시킬 수 있게 됐다.

정운길 단장은 “지원단의 역할은 한마디로 행정소속 공무원으로 활동가의 역할을 수행하는 것이다. 이를 위해 반드시 필요한 것이 칸막이행정을 극복하여 각 센터간 장점을 최대한 공유하는 것이다”며 “지난 3년간 매년 1-2회씩 직원 워크숍을 했지만 올해에는 25년도 사업의 완성도를 위해 새로운 도전을 과감하게 추진하는 것이고, 이번 워크숍의 결과물을 통해 내년에는 새로운 협업사업의 모델을 만들 것이다”고 강조했다.

이날 워크숍을 통해 결정된 사업들은 1월 중 세부사업기획을 거쳐 최종 결정, 집행할 예정으로, 시민들은 주무센터뿐 아니라 연계센터에서 제공하는 다양한 정보와 노하우들을 동시에 받을 수 있어 한 차원 높은 행정서비스를 누릴 것으로 기대된다.

한편, 지원단은 25년도에도 직원들의 역량강화를 위해 전문영역에 대한 교육과 토론을 포함한 워크숍을 추진할 예정이고, 일부 교육은 일반 시민과 지속가능발전협의회 등 다른 중간지원조직 실무자들도 함께 할 수 있다.
