2025년 상반기 공공일자리 사업은 ▲광명행복일자리 ▲신중년일자리▲함께일자리 ▲지역공동체일자리 ▲광명청년인턴 뉴스타트 등 5개 사업으로 저소득 취업 취약계층, 실직자, 미취업 청년 등이 모집 대상이다.

상반기 공공일자리의 근무 기간은 2025년 2월부터 6월까지 5개월이며, 근무시간은 일일 3~8시간(65세 이상은 일일 3시간)으로 사업별로 다양하다.

임금은 시간당 1만 30원 이외에 부대비(실내 근무자 5천 원, 실외 근무자 8천 원)와 주․월차 수당이 지급된다.

참여를 원하는 시민은 광명시청 누리집 고시공고와 시험/채용정보 모집 요강을 참고해 신청서 등 관련 서류를 신청기간 내에 동 행정복지센터에 접수하면 된다. 단, 광명청년인턴 뉴스타트는 온라인으로만 신청 가능하다.
