용인특례시의회, 제2차 정례회 대비 의정연수 실시

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=용인 이현준기자] 용인특례시의회 도시건설위원회는 2024년도 제2차 정례회 대비 의정연수를 실시했다.

지난 24일부터 25일까지 양일간 화성시 일원에서 오는 11월 제2차 정례회를 앞두고 행정사무감사 실무 교육 등 의원들의 전문성과 역량 강화에 초점을 맞추어 진행됐다.

연수 첫날에는 정유선 교수의 ‘맞춤형 행정사무감사’ 강연을 통해 행정사무감사 및 조사를 위한 준비사항, 중점 착안사항, 유의 사항 등에 대해 사례중심의 심도 있는 특강을 듣고 질의응답을 주고받는 등 의정활동에 필요한 실무 지식 습득을 위한 시간을 가졌다.

둘째 날에는 박노성 교수의 ’AI를 활용한 효과적인 의정활동‘강연을 통해 AI(Chat GPT 등)를 이용한 의정활동 활용 방안, 5분 자유발언, 시정질문, 조례 입안 및 심의, 스마트폰을 활용한 SNS 교육 등을 받았으며, 오후에는 ’동탄 경부고속도로 상부 공원 조성화 사업‘ 현장을 견학하며 시민들을 위한 여가·문화의 공간 조성 사례를 살펴보는 시간을 가졌다.

김윤선 위원장은 “이번 연수는 도시건설위원회 소관 의정활동에 주안점을 두고, 행정사무감사 및 AI를 활용한 의정활동 등 실무 위주로 교육을 진행하였으며, 또한, 지역 우수 사업 현장 벤치마킹을 통하여 우리 시에 접목할 수 있는 방안을고민하고 연구해보는 의미있는 시간이 됐다”고 말했다.
