[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 경기도와 경기주택도시공사(GH)가 제3판교 테크노밸리를 첨단산업 분야의 새로운 기술 혁신 거점으로 조성하기 위해 선도(앵커)기업 유치 공모를 진행한 결과, 우주항공, 반도체, 바이오, 배터리, 모빌리티, 인공지능(AI) 등 20개의 첨단기업이 참여했다.
앞서 도는 지난 9월 27일부터 10월 7일까지 관련 공모를 진행했다.
8일 도에 따르면 제3판교테크노밸리는 ‘성남금토 공공주택지구’ 내 7만 3천㎡ 부지에 연면적 50만㎡ 규모로 사업비 1조 7천억 원을 들여 조성하는 민․관 통합지식산업센터로 2025년 말 착공 예정이다. 공모 대상 자족시설용지는 1-4번(6천168㎡)과 3번(5천696㎡) 용지다.

공급조건은 지정용도 의무사용 5년, 자가사용 의무비율 50% 이상, 계약 후 2년 이내 착공, 착공 후 4년 이내 준공, 5년간 전매 및 제3자 양도 제한 등을 부여했다.
