‘개별 맞춤형 진로설계 사업’은 2021년 진로교육실태조사 결과 “진로적성 및 흥미검사가 진로 결정에 도움이 됐다”는 결과를 반영하여 개발된 프로그램이다. 이는 2023년 진로실태조사 보고서 중 김포시 중·고등학생 진로활동 만족도 중 [진로심리검사] 영역이 가장 높은 만족도를 나타내고 있기도 하다.
