[Break News Southern Gyeonggi = Suwon Reporter Lee Gwi-seon] The Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education is providing various Neulbom programs utilizing local human and material resources to extend beyond schools.

According to the Provincial Office of Education on the 15th, the plan is to operate the ‘Neulbom Shared School’ for elementary school students in need of educational care to alleviate the lack of school space and bridge the gap in regional education. ‘Neulbom Sharing School’ is a non-school-based Neulbom program based on community cooperation.

The Provincial Office of Education has been conducting a pilot operation at the regional level since last year to distribute the demand for concentrated spring services in overcrowded and overcrowded schools and to support high-quality educational care in small schools that have difficulty opening programs due to poor educational environments or small numbers of students.

Last year, 71 organizations (universities, religious facilities, art associations, small libraries, etc.) participated in ▲language (Chinese, English, Japanese, etc.) ▲music ▲art ▲traditional games ▲character education ▲psychological counseling ▲physical education (dance, golf, rope jumping) ), and 1,970 students from 220 schools participated in various programs such as play, culture, character education, arts and physical education, etc. according to the characteristics of the institution.

This year, the Provincial Office of Education will strengthen the role of the Neulbom Support Center to support the operation of the school Neulbom program as well as expand the base Neulbom shared school program throughout the province. Through this, we plan to support elementary school students who wish to participate in high-quality programs both inside and outside of school without being alienated by region.

Kim In-sook, head of the Regional Education Cooperation Department at the Provincial Office of Education, said, “We will support various Neulbom programs to be held in safe places outside the school rather than limiting the operation space of Neulbom to the school,” and added, “We will create a competitive Neulbom system in which the community collaborates with students at the center.” “I will make it,” he said.
