[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 김정은기자] 경기도가 부동산 거래 거짓신고 의심자와 불법 중개행위에 대한 도-시·군 합동 특별조사를 한다.

조사 대상은 올해 1월부터 6월까지 부동산 거래 신고된 내역 가운데 세금 탈루와 주택담보 대출 한도 상향을 위한 ‘업·다운계약’ 신고, 부동산 시세조작을 위해 금전거래 없이 고가 신고 후 해제하는 허위거래 신고, 민원이나 언론보도를 통해 제기된 거짓 신고 등 총 1천718건이다.
