[브레이크뉴스경기남부=김포 이귀선기자] 김포여성새로일하기센터(이하 ‘김포새일센터’)는 ‘사회복지 행정사무원 양성과정일자리협력망 회의’를 개최했다.

이번 ‘사회복지 행정사무원 양성과정’은 지난 10일 사회복지기관 채용 담당자들이 참석한 가운데 개최되었으며, 지난해에 이어 3년째 운영 중인 직업훈련과정으로, 사회복지사 자격증은 가지고 있으나 실무경험이 없거나 미취업 구직여성인 경우 또 관련학과 전공자나 경력자로 사회복지사로 취업하기를 희망하는 경력단절여성을 대상으로 운영한다. 사회복지 정보시스템 교육을 비롯한 사무 OA 교육 등을 통해 실무 위주 프로그램을 통해 교육생을 양성, 배출하고 있다.

이번 일자리협력망 회의에는 김포시북부노인복지관, 한국사회보장정보원, 김포프라임요양원, 직업훈련 실무자 등 관계자 7명이 참석했으며, 이들은 교육생의 취업 연계 방안에 대해 깊이 있는 논의의 시간을 가졌다.

회의에 참석한 사회복지 관련 인사담당자는 “사회복지기관에 적합한 인력양성과 장기 근무를 위해 다양한 일·경험 프로그램 참여를 유도하여 현장경험을 쌓는 것이 중요하다”면서 “현장 위주의 정보시스템 교육과 직무 소양 교육을 통한 교육생들의 업무 능력향상에도 힘써 달라”고 말했다.

한편, 김포새일센터는 경력단절여성들의 직업교육 훈련 외에도 취업상담, 동행면접, 새일여성인턴 사업 등 종합적인 취업지원을 하고 있다.
