국힘 재방문, 협상안 전달 약속했으나 불발, 내부조율 안 되는 듯

민주, 김학용 국회의원에 재차 면담요청

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=안성 이귀선기자] 안성시의회 민주당 의원들의 단식농성이 12일차에 접어든 가운데, 어제인 25일 국민의힘 시의원들이 농성장을 이틀째 방문했다고 밝혔다. 

민주당의원에 따르면 이들은 이전과 달라진 협상안을 얘기했으나 문서화 해 오후 6시까지 민주당에 전달하겠다는 약속을 지키지 못했다며, 국민의힘 의원들 간에 최종적인 의견 조율이 되지 않은 것으로 보인다는 소식을 전했다.

이에 민주당은 “협상안을 전달하겠다는 공당의 약속도 지키지 못하는 것이 현재 국민의힘 안성시의원들의 상황이다. 심지어 농성장을 방문한 정토근 의원은 차마 단식농성을 하는 이 앞에서 하지 말아야 할 말에, 허위사실까지 보태가며 수분 간 시비를 걸고 갔다. 국힘은 사전에 우리에게 방문하겠다 통보도 없었으나 방문을 받아주었는데, 정토근 의원의 태도는 안하무인이었다”고 밝혔다. 그러면서 “그런 태도로 임할 것이면 더 이상 방문을 받아주지 않겠다”고 전했다.

또 민주당은 25일, 김학용 국회의원에게 다시금 면담요청서를 보냈다. 이들은 의원실 사무국장의 전언에 따르면 이번 주중까지는 국회 상임위 때문에 면담이 불가능하다고 들었다. 그러니 민주당은 오는 주말부터 면담이 성사되길 기다리겠다면서 재차 면담을 요청한 것으로 알려졌다.
