경기도장애인체육회(회장 김동연 )와 단국대학교 교육대학원(원장 허재영)은 체육 분야 상호협력체계 구축업무 협약을 체결했다.

24일 도장애인체육회에 따르면 양 기관의 교류를 통해 장애인 체육 분야의 인재양성과 연구 및 교육발전을 위한 협력체계 구축을 위한 것이라고 밝혔다. 이어 단국대학교 교육대학원에서는 이번 협약을 계기로 경기도장애인체육회(가맹단체 및 시군지부포함) 임직원 및 가족들을 대상으로 발달재활서비스 전문가 재교육과정에 대한 수업료 50% 면제 지원을 약속했다고 전했다.

경기도장애인체육회 백경열 사무처장은 “이번 단국대학교 교육대학원과의 업무 협약을 통해 도내 장애인과 가족들에게 양질 교육 서비스를 제공하는 기회가 되었다. 앞으로도 지역사회와 긴밀한 협력체계를 맺어, 교육 뿐 만 아니라 장애인체육을 연계로 다양한 서비스를 제공하기 위해 노력하겠다.”고 말했다.
