[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이귀선기자] 수원특례시의회 최정헌(27) 의원은 전국 자전거길 전체 1853km를 완주해 국토완주 그랜드 슬램을 달성했다.

최 의원에 따르면  4대강, 동해안, 오천길 국토종주, 제주 일주 등 전국 자전거길 전체 1853km를 완주해 '4대강종주 인증서' '국토종주 인증서' '국토완주 그랜드슬램 인증서'를 받았다고 16일 밝혔다.

그랜드슬램은 행정안전부와 환경부에서 인증하는 대한민국 국토종주길을 모두 완주해야 인증서와 메달 수여가 가능하다.

최 의원은 2021년 사업의 어려움을 겪어 마음다짐을 위해 무작정 달리기로 마음먹고 국토종주를 시작해 무박 2일도 달렸다고 한다. 그는 포기하고 싶은 생각이 들때 ‘여기서 멈추면 더 어려운 일들은 절대 이루지 못할 것’이라는 생각을 되 뇌이며 이겨냈다.라며 ‘N포세대라 불리는 2030 청년세대들이 대한민국의 미래를 위해 포기하지 않기를 바라고, 국가과 국민에게 도움이 되는 청년이 되겠다.’라고 소감을 말했다.
