[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이귀선기자] 경기도장애인체육회(회장 김동연)는 수원컨벤션센터에서 2023년 정기대의원총회를 개최했다.

체육회에 따르면 27일 진행된 금년 정기대의원총회는 이병욱 부회장이 의장을 맡아 총회를 주재하였으며, ’19년도 이후 4년만에 대면으로 개최되었다고 밝혔다.  

정기대의원총회는 시군장애인체육회장 및 정가맹단체장 35명이 참석 2023년 세입·세출 예산 및 사업계획을 보고하고, 2022년 세입·세출 결산 및 사업 결과(안) 등 총 2건의 심의안건을 원안가결 했다.

이병욱 부회장은 코로나19로 어려운 상황속에서도 전국장애인체육대회 종합우승 달성, 장애인체력인증센터 설치 등의 성과에 대해 대의원들을 포함한 백경열 사무처장과 임직원들에게 감사의 말씀을 전하는 한편,북부사무소 개설, 장애인 체육 소외계층 기회 확대 등 경기도 장애인 체육 앞에 놓인 과제들의 적극적인 추진을 당부했다.

대의원들 또한 코로나19 이후 대면 만남에 반가움을 표하며 시군장애인체육회와 도가맹경기단체와의 정기적인 소통을 통해 정보를 공유하고 장애인 체육 발전을 위한 장을 마련하기를 소망한다고 전했다.  

경기도장애인체육회 백경열 사무처장은 “대의원분들의 고견을 적극 반영하여 도내 장애인에게 더 많은 기회, 더 고른 기회, 더 나은 기회를 제공할 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 포부를 전했다.
