이날 간담회는 연합회 여운철 회장과 임원 등 10여명이 참석한 가운데 공동주택 거주자들의 의견을 듣고 살기 좋은 공동주택을 만들기 위한 방안을 모색하고자 마련됐다.

이권재 오산시장은 새롭게 출범한 민선 8기 공동주택 관련 정책 방향과 협조가 필요한 사항에 대해 설명했으며, 특히 단지 내 영유아 쉘터(안심 등교 공간) 설치 및 도시미관 향상을 위한 야간 경관조명에 관한 사항은 참석자들의 폭넓은 공감대를 형성했다.

연합회에서는 공동주택 보조금 지원 확대, 입주자대표회 임원의 지자체 통장 겸직 활성화 등 입주자대표회 운영에 관한 사항을 협조 요청했다.
