‘댈구’, 판매자들 경기도특사경에 대거 적발

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 한은경 기자] 경기도 트위터 등 사회관계망서비스(SNS)를 통해 술․담배와 같은 청소년 유해 약물을 대리구매 해주는 일명 ‘댈구’ 판매자들이 경기도 특별사법경찰단에 대거 적발됐다.

‘댈구’란 술․담배 등을 구입할 수 없는 청소년을 대신해 일정 수수료를 받고 대리구매 해주는 행위다. 특히 이 과정에서 청소년들이 성범죄 위험에도 무차별적으로 노출되고 있는 것으로 드러났다.  

김영수 경기도 공정특별사법경찰단장은 29일 경기도청에서 기자회견을 열고 “주요 거래방식이 기존 직거래에서 택배 거래로 전환되면서 대리구매가 광역화되고 있음을 인지하고 올해 1월부터 수사 범위를 전국으로 확대한 결과 5개 시․도에서 총 11명을 적발해 검찰에 송치했다”고 밝혔다.

이들이 판매수수료로 가로챈 금액은 총 571만 원이며, 거래한 청소년은 1,046명에 이른다. 김 단장은 11명의 판매자 중 절반이 넘는 6명이 청소년이었다고 덧붙였다. 

적발된 사례를 살펴보면, 만 17세 고교생 A군은 지난해 5월부터 전자담배 대리구매 트위터를 운영하며 팔로워 2,405명을 확보하고 총 385회에 걸쳐 수수료 250만 원을 받고 전자담배 기기, 액상 등을 청소년에게 택배로 판매했다. A군은 성인인증 없이 가입 가능한 전자담배 판매사이트를 이용한 것으로 밝혀졌다.

사기전과 5범인 판매자 B씨는 트위터 계정을 생성해 1,271명의 팔로워를 모집한 후 전국에 거주하는 청소년에게 술·담배, 성인용품을 대리구매 해주겠다고 안내했다. B씨는 구매를 의뢰한 청소년에게 택배 배송하는 방법으로 120회에 걸쳐 대리구매를 하다 적발됐다. 

만 14세 중학생 C양은 성인인증 없이 회원가입이 가능한 전자담배 판매사이트를 통해 전자담배를 구입한 후 또래 청소년에게 약 50회에 걸쳐 웃돈을 받고 판매하다 이번 수사에 덜미를 잡혔다. 

만 16세 D양은 부모 명의를 도용해 전자담배 판매사이트에서 전자담배를 구매한 후 같은 청소년에게 30여 차례에 걸쳐 판매했다. 또 다른 청소년 판매자 E양(18)도 성인인증 없이 인터넷에서 구입한 전자담배를 같은 청소년에게 363회에 걸쳐 택배로 판매하고 수수료 150만 원을 챙겼다. E양은 신체노출 사진을 게시한 한 남성 팔로워로부터 지속적으로 팔로잉을 요청받아 성범죄 위험에 노출되기도 했다. 

판매자 F씨는 본인의 변태적 성향을 고스란히 드러내는 동영상을 트위터에 게시하고 여자 청소년에게 착용하던 속옷이나 양말을 주면 담배를 공짜로 주겠다고 하는 등 성적인 목적으로 접근하다 수사에 검거됐다.

현행 청소년보호법상 청소년에게 청소년 유해 약물 등을 판매․제공할 경우 2년 이하의 징역 또는 2천만원 이하의 벌금에 처할 수 있다. 

김영수 단장은 “이번 수사 결과 거래 매개체인 사회관계망서비스(SNS)를 접하는 청소년들이 성범죄 위험에도 노출되고 있다는 사실이 드러났다”면서 “수사역량을 총동원해 관련 범죄 예방에 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
